1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any portion of the a777db platform at a777db.app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Your continued use of a777db following any amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for updates. If you disagree with any change, you must immediately cease use of the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

• You have not previously had an account suspended or permanently closed by a777db for breach of these Terms.

a777db reserves the right to request age verification documents — including a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — from any player at any time. Any account found to be operated by a person under the age of 18 will be permanently closed and all funds held in that account will be voided without exception.

a777db takes its obligations regarding the protection of minors seriously and cooperates fully with any lawful authority investigating underage access to gambling services.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the a777db platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or through third parties — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number registered to your own name. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. a777db will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to adequately protect your credentials. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

a777db reserves the right to carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any stage of account use, including at the time of registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any point where unusual activity is detected. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

a777db accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following approved payment methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable daily or weekly withdrawal limits are displayed within the platform's cashier section and are subject to change at a777db's discretion with reasonable prior notice.

All deposits are credited to your a777db account balance in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). a777db does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, you may be subject to fees imposed by your payment service provider, for which a777db accepts no liability.

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order in which they are received. Standard processing time is between 30 minutes and 2 hours for approved, verified accounts. a777db reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification, anti-fraud checks, or investigation of potential Terms violations. In no circumstances will a777db be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Deposits made to a777db must be used for legitimate gaming activity. The use of the a777db platform as a mechanism for transferring funds between payment accounts — without any genuine intention of placing bets or playing casino games — is expressly prohibited and may result in account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on a777db are subject to the specific rules governing each sport, league, or casino game as detailed within the platform. In the event of any conflict between sport-specific or game-specific rules and these general Terms & Conditions, the more specific rules shall prevail.

Sports Betting: Bets are accepted up to the point at which a market is suspended. a777db reserves the right to suspend, void, or settle markets at its sole discretion in the event of match interruption, abandonment, data error, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Bets placed after the start of a live event through in-play betting markets are subject to a slight delay in acceptance; any bets accepted after the official result of the relevant event has been determined will be voided.

Casino & Slot Games: All casino games and slot titles available on a777db use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested for fairness. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is available within the game's information panel. Results of all casino games are final once the game round is completed and cannot be reversed.

Live Dealer Games: Live casino games are streamed in real time from studios operated by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. Any technical disconnection during a live game round that results in an incomplete bet will be resolved in accordance with the relevant provider's rules, which are accessible within the game interface.

a777db reserves the right to void any bet that it reasonably believes was placed using information that was not publicly available at the time the bet was accepted, or through any form of market manipulation, collusion, or abuse of system errors.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to their individual terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game eligibility, and expiry dates. General bonus rules applicable to all a777db promotions include the following:

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per IP address.
• Bonus funds must be wagered in accordance with the stated wagering requirement before any withdrawal of associated winnings may be requested.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the a777db platform. Violation of any of the items listed below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to applicable authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the platform under any name or identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform while under the age of 18.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software, or any technology designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption involving sporting events offered on the platform.
• Colluding with other players in casino games, including live dealer tables, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform for financial gain. Any winnings resulting from such exploitation will be voided.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity. a777db monitors all transactions for suspicious activity and will report any such activity to relevant regulatory and law enforcement authorities.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing a777db staff or other platform users through any communication channel.
• Depositing funds sourced from illegal activity.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

a777db reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, including but not limited to chargeback abuse or payment fraud.
• Detection of multiple accounts linked to the same individual.
• At the player's own request for self-exclusion or voluntary account closure.
• Receipt of a lawful instruction from a regulatory body, law enforcement agency, or court of competent jurisdiction.

Where an account is closed due to a player's own request and no breach of these Terms has occurred, any verified remaining balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, a777db reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance as compensation for losses or costs incurred by the platform as a result of the breach.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily, or who wish to activate a self-exclusion period, should contact our support team at [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once active, cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, a777db shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other financial loss.

a777db makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance, technical failures, or events outside our reasonable control — including acts of nature, civil unrest, power outages, or internet service disruptions — may affect platform availability. a777db will use reasonable endeavours to restore service as promptly as possible but accepts no liability for losses arising from platform downtime.

a777db is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by third-party payment providers, game studios, live casino streaming partners, or other service providers over whom we have no direct operational control. Where such third-party services are integral to your use of a777db, their own terms and conditions will also apply.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

10 Amendments to These Terms

a777db reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the effective date shown at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and a777db with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind.
